LOST- I love both but lost has so many more details and constantly keeps you in suspense.

Heroes is the dumb man’s lost, in my opinion. Lost actually has a point (the writers wrote the entire 6 season script before the show began) Heroes is messy and random… I stopped watching it several episodes ago.
